The Arbitration Gallery
Ben Nardolilli
I have stripped away the walls,
But you fogged up the windows
With a clarity I didn’t ask for,
I tried to add in hallways
And you bent them out of shape,
When I tried to light up the maze,
You dimmed all of my lamps,
Now all the neighbors know of us
Is a pair of shadows boxed in.
